Our goal is to partner with you to provide your graduating seniors the best possible chance of finding great career opportunities, no matter where they would like to work across the country. While you will be most helpful to the graduating senior ready to conduct their job search during their senior year, GradStaff can augment the services you provide the remaining seniors who, for whatever reason, are not ready to start their job search until after they graduate and leave campus or for those looking for positions outside your typical geographic focus.

In fostering this partnership, here is a list of things you can do to assist us in helping your graduates:

  • Refer candidates
  • Distribute printed information in your Career Services office
  • Link job seekers to our web site from your web site
  • Allow us to post positions for graduating seniors and alumni
  • Inform us of job fairs and on-campus interviewing events
  • Consider our expertise for on-campus counseling events focused on interviewing and job search skills
  • Let candidates know they can follow us on FaceBook and Twitter.

In return, we will designate a dedicated contact to your school who will personally work with you to serve your graduating seniors and recent alumni. Also, we will give you periodic updates on the placements we make from your school and encourage candidates from your school to give you feedback regarding our service.

By working together, we can help insure that all your grads get the job they want, where they want it.
