As you might expect, GradStaff receives hundreds of resumes each week. It would not be possible to interview every candidate who applies with us. To understand what we look for, please go the Ideal Candidate page.
If candidates are invited to interview with us, they will benefit from the experience regardless of whether we help the candidate secure a position or not. A key part of our interview process is providing feedback to the candidate.
This includes:
- Feedback on your interview skills as well as preparation for any job interviews secured by GradStaff
- Feedback on your resume and suggestions for improvement
- Suggestions for appropriate interview attire and/or notice of specific dress codes
- Suggestions for expanding or narrowing your own job search
- Feedback on your attitude or body language during the interview, as well as advice for future interviews
- A review of salary expectations and market conditions
