Evaluation-To-Hire

Our Evaluation-To-Hire (ETH) staffing model is a great way to hire for a long-term staffing need. Fill a position through GradStaff and at the end of the assignment period you may hire the candidate at no additional obligation. This model allows you to see our candidate actually perform on the job prior to making your final hiring decision. Our ETH model significantly reduces the risk of making a bad hiring decision, which can be very costly.

Fee-Based Placement

While most of our clients prefer the Evaluation-To-Hire staffing approach, some feel more comfortable with a direct hire model. We have developed a flexible direct hire program, which is very competitive compared to most contingency or retained-search firms.

Project Staffing

These positions typically last anywhere from two weeks to six months and are not intended to go long-term. Whether covering a leave of absence or helping with a major project, you will find that our candidates are excited about having the opportunity to gain relevant work experience and bring a positive attitude to work every day.
