Costs of College Recruting Increases
National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) reports that for companies employing a college recruiting program, the average cost-per-hire (CPH) increased 57% in 2010 to $8,947 from $5,708 in 2009. Click the link to read the entire report:Â
