The ideal candidate is a graduate of a 4-year degree program with a liberal arts, business, or technical degree. Common degrees include:

- English
- Engineering
- Finance
- Foreign Languages
- History
- Marketing
- Political Science
- Psychology
- Science
- Sociology/Anthropology
Candidates with 2-year degrees are also encouraged to apply.
We look at hundreds of resumes each week. Keep in mind that we can not possibly work with every candidate that applies with us. Here is what we look for in selecting who we contact:
- Academic performance
- Extracurricular activities
- Internship or work experience
- Technology skills
- Leadership experience

We look for people who have been active during their college years; people who got the most out of their time in college and who have demonstrated that they can manage their time well. Finally, we look for grads with a “can-do” attitude who are smart, flexible, and motivated. At the same time, we prefer candidates who are looking for a long-term career opportunity and who are realistic about their career development.
