The Ideal Candidate

The ideal GradStaff candidate is a college graduate, from a two- or four-year degree program, with a liberal arts or business degree. Common degrees include, but are not limited to:

The ideal candidate will have some, or all, of the following: internship or work experience, participation in extra-curricular activities and excellent computer skills.

Finally, we favor candidates with a "can-do" attitude who are smart, flexible and motivated. These qualities are critical to their success in the business world today.
