The GradStaff Model

Our model includes interviewing and pre-qualifying candidates like yourself, and then placing you in positions with our client companies. We fill long-term (permanent) positions using either an Evaluation-To-Hire or direct hire model. We also fill shorter term assignments using a project-based staffing model.

Evaluation-To-Hire

Our Evaluation-To-Hire (ETH) staffing model is a great way for our clients to fill regular positions. Once a client decides that you are a fit for a position, GradStaff hires you as a project employee. You are assigned to the client's location where you will work on a daily basis under the client's direction. At the end of the ETH period, the client may extend an offer for permanent employment. The ETH period typically lasts four months. ETH positions often are not advertised via the regular channels, so candidacy with GradStaff gives you access to great positions you might not know about otherwise.

Fee-Based Placement/Direct Hire

While most of our clients prefer the ETH approach, some feel more comfortable with a direct hire model. We have developed a flexible direct hire program, which is comparable with other fee-based search firms, and allows our client to hire you directly, bypassing the typical four month evaluation phase.

Short-Term/Project Staffing

Short-term or project-based positions can last anywhere from a few weeks to many months. They are a great way for you get experience, enhance your resume and earn a competitive income. This approach is perfect for people who aren't sure what they want to do, aren't ready to commit to a long term career, or have plans for graduate school.
