The GradStaff Interview

Our high success rate with candidates is due, in part, to our in-depth interview process, called a behavioral-based interview. If you are selected for an interview, we will sit down and talk with you one-on-one, to learn more about you and to answer your questions. Our objective is to identify your skills, attributes and motivations. We won't leave the table until we know you, what you can do, and what you want.

Our goal is to send you to interviews for which you are ideally suited. Furthermore, because we are so confident in our matching methodology, we rarely send more than two people to interview for the same job. You won't waste your time competing with other GradStaff candidates.
