Entry-Level Positions for College Graduates

Our Evaluation-to-Hire model is our most popular hiring option. In this scenario, once the hiring company decides that they would like to have you fill a position, GradStaff hires you as a GradStaff employee. You are assigned to the client location where you work under the client’s direction. At the completion of the Evaluation-to-Hire period (typically about four months), the hiring company may extend an offer of full-time employment. This trial period gives both you and the hiring company the opportunity to determine if the match is a good one. When our program is used as designed, 85 percent or more of GradStaff candidates are hired after this period.
2. Short-Term/Project Staffing
Short-term or project-based positions can last anywhere from a few weeks to many months. They are a great way for you to get experience, enhance your resume and earn a competitive income. This approach is ideal for recent college graduates who aren’t able to make a long-term commitment – perhaps because of plans for graduate school or a year of travel – but still want to obtain professional work experience.
