If a job seeker is asked to interview with us, regardless of whether they are placed through GradStaff, we will offer them our expertise in the overall job search process.

This includes:

• Feedback on their interview skills as well as preparation for any job interviews secured by GradStaff
• Feedback on their resume and suggestions for improvement
• Suggestions for appropriate interview attire and/or notice of specific dress codes
• Suggestions for expanding or narrowing their job search
• Feedback on their attitude or body language during the interview, as well as advice for future interviews
• A review of salary expectations and market conditions
