Our Account Managers complete an on-site job analysis for each new position. We learn about the company's unique culture. Then, we make sure that we understand the duties of the position and the attributes that predict success. The job analysis allows us to develop a profile for the ideal candidate.

Our behavioral-based interview process allows us to determine the skills and attributes for each of the candidates we interview. When we combine this information with the job analysis profile, we are able to find the right candidate for each position.
