Are there any fees for the graduate, or contracts to sign?
No. We never charge graduates a fee or require a contract for any of our services - regardless of how much time we spend helping them, or how long they stay. Our fees are paid by our corporate clients.
Are graduates free to accept other positions?
Our primary goal is to help graduates find the right positions, whether or not they find them through GradStaff. We not only encourage grads to maintain their job searches, we often help them refine their tools and methods.
Do you offer permanent or temporary work?
Most of the positions we offer are either Evaluation-To-Hire (ETH) or Short-Term. ETH positions are those in which the client is looking to hire someone full-time, and has chosen to do so through GradStaff. Over 80% of the ETH positions we fill are converted to full-time positions with our clients. Short-term positions typically last anywhere from a few weeks to several months, and offer our candidates great on-the-job experience. Short-Term assignments should be considered like post-graduation, paying internships since they help new grads build their resume.
